{16 weeks}

Good check up today. Heartbeat is nice & fast, around the same as last time (150-160bpm). The baby was on the move during the heartbeat check, so it took a little longer to find, but you could hear the swishing sound of movement, which was cool. According to my doctor, I have a great uterus. (?) I think I'm going to add that to my resume & see where it can get me. Gained a total of 5 lbs so far, which is crazy considering how my belly has popped lately. (B looks at it & smiles, seriously makes me melt) Next check up is in 4 weeks....and will include our ultrasound. Can. Not. Wait.

In other news....
Been staying at B's the past few nights. Emma has been busy traveling the city like a tourist (Uncle Nathan is visiting from MI) and since they don't get home until super late lately combined with a class last night & a dr appointment this morning, it's been easier to just stay over there. It's such a nice feeling to leave work & know that he's waiting behind a door for me.

Listening to all sorts of new music tonight on my iTunes. B got a hold of the laptop & downloaded tons to add to his iPod. Good stuff though.

These undies are seriously rocking my world lately. They hit at the exact spot I need in order to be comfy & are just over all awesome.

My stepdad left his walky talky radio thingy turned on & in the living room the other night. Emma had fallen asleep on the couch. She woke up in the morning, heard the chatter on it & refused to talk out loud or turn the TV on. She was sure they could hear her. When he explained that you have to push a button for them to hear you, her reply was...."Man. I wasted all that cartoon time."
