It's the end of October. The last week. How did that happen?

We went to Calle Orange yesterday. It was my first time, but B had gone a few years ago and said it was a great time. Lots of food, music, food, dancing and food. There was all of that, but not in the great way that he had remembered it. Mostly there was walking. We got a prime parking spot, just next to the festival and free. Only to find out that we were at the very back of the whole thing & there was only one entrance. After a mile long walk, we found out way in. It's not that it wasn't fun, we did have a good time, but it wasn't all that it had been built up to be. The food though, oh, amazing. It was nice to get out & hang out with some friends though. Next year we've agreed to take the admission money and go out to a nice spanish dinner instead.

This weekend is Halloween. Emma is going to be Little Red Riding Hood and Oslee is going to a skeleton. Can't wait to see them together. I'm taking them to Emma's aunts for trick or treating, then she will spend the night there while Oslee & I hand out candy at home.

Then November....Thanksgiving... and December... mono turns 1, Christmas... wow. It really flew this year.
