I called B to pout/vent/whine to him and after the 'I'm so sorry babes*' comments, he simply said, "So you'll be here around what, 7? I'll have an avocado shake ready for you." Without me asking, he knows what I need.

I think I'll call him now to tell him to spike the shake.

*not a typo. he says babes instead of babe. i laughed inside the first few times, but now i freakin love it and even find myself saying it sometimes..though i tend to say flat out 'baby' or 'B'... or 'BY' when he's acting extra smooth.
