It's end of month. Which means we all run around crazy working our bottoms off (or as Em calls them, bottyis maxamis) and feeling like we've accomplished nothing until we get the magic email saying "We've met goal!" It usually comes some point around 2pm. Today it came at 11:30 am. Sweet.
We also always have lunch brought in on end of month day, then gather in a confrence room & take a break from the maddness to eat together. Today, we gathered around the TV & watched Seinfeld while we ate take out from Outback. I don't know what was funnier, the show or my mangers face as she reminded us that we don't have to stay & watch & she does not want to end up in HR's office this afternoon.
Been emailing with Scott all day. Nice to break up the day with some of his humor.
Broke out the iPod early today. It usually comes out about 2pm, which is also when the soda comes out, but it's been going since about 10am today. Love it.
It's Friday. Long weekend. Kinda gloomy outside. But a good day none the less.
BTW... Seattle....... I don't know where he is or what his story is, but he tried to contact me last night & I missed the message. Just incase anyone is keeping up with the latest sage in my non existant love life.
